An unregistered user can access their order information via the confirmation email they received when placing the order.<\/p>

You can also place an order by phone, email, social networks or the Internet via the online store, as well as make corrections or additions to the order.     Regular prices are prices set by the provider themselves. Published regular prices of items do not include delivery or shipping costs. Please send your complaint to info@simonabohinc.com The buyer must return the received goods in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unchanged condition within 14 days of the notification of the return of the goods. The notification is considered to be timely if the shipment is delivered within the deadline. Returning the ordered goods to the company within 14 days of receipt is equivalent to a notification of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>

    The costs of shipping the claimed goods are covered by the buyer. The provider covers the costs of shipping the claimed goods only in the event of a return due to the delivery of the wrong goods, i.e. if the buyer does not receive the item he ordered.<\/p>
