General terms and conditions
SIMONA BOHINC is an online store and a brand of the provider. The General Terms and Conditions of Business bind users or buyers at the moment they enter the SIMONA BOHINC online store (hereinafter: the online store) and apply to all pages of the online store. If you do not agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Business, please do not visit the online store or make a purchase in the online store. With each visit or transaction made in the online store, it is considered that you are familiar with the entire content of the General Terms and Conditions and that you have agreed to the General Terms and Conditions without restrictions. Until the General Terms and Conditions are revoked or amended, you are also bound by these General Terms and Conditions with each subsequent visit or transaction made in the online store.

i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, whether and how much withdrawal from the contract will cost the buyer,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.
Data protection
SIMONA BOHINC respects and protects the privacy of online store users or customers, therefore it will carefully protect any personal data that will be provided in the online store. Personal data of users or customers is processed on the basis of applicable legal regulations and the consent of users or customers to process them. By registering in the online store, the user or customer agrees to the inclusion of personal data in the list of registered users of the online store or customers.
The personal data of online store users or customers is used for the purpose of fulfilling orders, sending promotional materials, notifications about new products, special offers, invoices, invoices and other necessary communication.
Purchase security
The provider of the SIMONA BOHINC online store uses appropriate technological and software tools to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. The online store is protected by an SSL certificate. Product order - purchase
The order is binding on the provider and the user and has the character of a contract. The order, together with the invoice, is stored in electronic form in our archive at the company's headquarters. A registered user can view all their orders online at any time in the My Account tab, where they can also reprint the order. To view their orders, a registered user must log in to the online store with their username and password. An unregistered user can access their order information via the confirmation email they received when placing the order.
The contract/order is concluded in the language you have chosen, i.e. English.
Registration and ordering process
Order
When you have selected the desired product, click the ADD TO CART button. Your selection of jewelry will be displayed in the cart. Check your jewelry selection again. Press the CHECKOUT button. Fill out the form with correct information, as this is the only way your order will be successfully delivered to you. Select a payment method. Information about the order placed is stored in the online store system for all users. You can also place an order by phone, email, social networks or the Internet via the online store, as well as make corrections or additions to the order. After logging in, the system will send an account activation to your email address.
The order is stored on our server, and registered users have access to it and its status 24 hours a day.

Until the user has paid the full purchase price and any shipping costs, the products remain the property of the provider.
PRICE
All product prices are expressed in euros (€) and do not include value added tax, as we are not taxable persons. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event that the stated selling price in the online store is lower than the actual price of the item, the provider must immediately inform the user of this and draw their attention to the actual price. In order to achieve mutual satisfaction in this case, we allow the user to withdraw from the purchase or exchange the ordered item.
The purchase contract between the provider and the user is concluded at the moment the user confirms the order by clicking the Buy button and the user receives an email with the content of the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed. We reserve the right to exceptionally partially or completely withdraw from the order in cases where the ordered products are out of stock, cannot be delivered within a reasonable time or if the online price is lower than the actual price.
Regular prices are prices set by the provider themselves. Published regular prices of items do not include delivery or shipping costs. All special or promotional offers published in the SIMONA BOHINC online store are valid for the duration of their limitation or until stocks run out during this period.
Jewelry return
In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract or return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please send your complaint to info@simonabohinc.com The buyer must return the received goods in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unchanged condition within 14 days of the notification of the return of the goods. The notification is considered to be timely if the shipment is delivered within the deadline. Returning the ordered goods to the company within 14 days of receipt is equivalent to a notification of withdrawal from the contract.
The goods, together with the invoice and all associated documentation, are returned to the provider at the following address:

If these conditions are met, the provider will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs, within 5 working days at the latest. The purchase price will be transferred to the buyer's transaction (personal) account, which the buyer will provide in the return notification. The product MUST be returned in its original packaging. The product must be undamaged and in the same quantity.
The costs of shipping the claimed goods are covered by the buyer. The provider covers the costs of shipping the claimed goods only in the event of a return due to the delivery of the wrong goods, i.e. if the buyer does not receive the item he ordered.
We do not accept returns in cases where the buyer has ordered:
- a product based on your own design,
- a product with a personal engraving or
- wedding rings.
Guarantee
All products in the SIMONA BOHINC online store are guaranteed for at least 6 months upon presentation of the invoice. Mechanical damage, improper use or use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions are excluded from the warranty.
Packaging and delivery
The customer receives the ordered products in gift packaging, by mail via Pošta Slovenija and always by registered mail.

The provider will send ordered goods in stock as soon as possible, usually the next day or no later than 3-7 working days from the date of receipt of the order. All orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are considered to be sent no later than the next working day. During holidays, you will be additionally informed about the shipment. The provider is not responsible for delays on the part of the delivery service.
Shipment insurance
At the moment the provider hands over the ordered goods to the delivery service, the provider does not assume responsibility for the loss of the shipment or its damage during delivery. Nor does it assume responsibility for the loss of or damage to the shipment during the return of the product by the delivery service.
Exclusion of liability
The provider assumes no liability for any consequences of using the online store and its contents, including any material or immaterial damage. The user is solely responsible for using the content in the online store wisely for their own best benefit.
Although the online store is protected by the SSL protocol, there is a possibility of misuse of the online store, which the provider has no influence on. For this reason, the provider excludes liability for any possible download of malicious software that could be installed on the user's device from which the online store is accessed. The provider advises that users should educate themselves on this topic and protect their devices against the risk of infection.
The provider is not responsible for occasional downtime of the online store, any inaccuracy of information in the online store, or for any damage caused by the unavailability, use, or inability to use information in the online store.
We reserve the right to change product information, including images and all other related information, without prior notice.
In the event that the user has ordered an item that has incorrect or incomplete information, the provider will notify the user of this and enable them to cancel the order. If the user discovers after placing the order and before receiving the item at home that the item has incorrect information, they are obliged to report the error to the online store, and the provider will allow them to cancel or replace the order.
The provider is actively updating the photos in the online store, so all images should be taken as symbolic. Some of the features of the item in the image do not reflect the actual condition of the items.
The provider is not responsible for the content of comments in the online store submitted by users. The provider may reject comments that contain obvious untruths, misleading facts or offensive content to other users as well as to the provider itself.
Complaints and disputes
The user can file a complaint against the provider by sending an email to info@simonabohinc.com The provider wishes disputes to be resolved amicably. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the District Court in Radovljica is competent for resolving disputes.
